At Corum Health Services I was responsible for looking after the Amfac Windows Dispense (AWD), D3 and LOTS dispensing programs for pharmacies. I helped provide users with training and navigation of the programs as well as resolving issues logged with the helpdesk and sending modification requests to the developers

During my time at Ramsay Health Care I was part of the team that supported the implementation of the MEDITECH program to all of our Australian hospitals.I was responsible for supporting and resolving issues for the Administration, Scheduling and Operating Room modules of the program and helped in the training of users for this product

My role in NEHTA is to coordinate and edit modelled data for each monthly Australian Medicines Terminology (AMT) release. I am also responsible for training new staff in our editing program ACE which is a modification of SNOMED-CT
