An energetic executive leader and experienced professional in elite sport. Currently Executive General Manager, AFLW at the Sydney Swans pursuing my passion for building high performing teams and contributing to creating opportunities for Women's sport and those working within it to thrive. Previously I have held roles with NSWIS, Cricket Australia, The Women's Tennis Association and Tennis Australia (Australian Open). In 2018 I was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in 2018 allowing me to travel worldwide investigating best practice sports science and sports medicine care of the female athlete, and most importantly bring these findings back to benefit all Australians. Head of Performance Health
- Established a new department of clinical professionals to manage the health over 570 athletes on the elite athlete Olympic pathway. - Inaugurated a performance health strategy to promote best practice decision making and establish a framework for reference as the department expanded. - Set and achieved performance health business metrics, aligning the organisation business plan, to inform resource allocation and set benchmarks, leading to increased accuracy of epidemiological records and athlete availability. - Integration of performance health with other sports science disciplines including return to play frameworks, data analytics and visualisation to influence key decision makers in the high-performance team.

Sports Physiotherapist, Sports Science and Sports Medicine Lead Female Cricket
- Lead Sports Science and Sports Medicine - Female Cricket. Driving high performance and integration of coaching and allied health disciplines. - Injury and Workload Management for Cricket Australia Contracted Athletes. - Co-ordinating multidisciplinary team including medical, strength and conditioning, dietetics and psychology to ensure world class athlete medical management and best rehabilitation outcomes. - Injury Prevention program management. - International and Domestic Touring as Team Physiotherapist - Identification of gaps in female athlete care and driver of the development of the first ever Women's cricket shoe. - Liaise with key stakeholders in state programs driving servicing and development of athlete pathways and SSSM to maximise player performance and availability. - Monitor and identify key injury trends nationally through athlete management systems (AMS) and action injury prevention measures. - Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in emerging areas of research relating to athlete performance.

- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists and myotherapists ensuring world class injury management of the world's best Female tennis players during the Australian Open. - Advise and implement Sports Science and Sports Medicine policy and procedure with regards to athlete welfare (Heat Policy, WADA compliance etc.) - Liaise with Women's Tennis Association Primary Health Care Practitioners regarding athlete injury management and ongoing care. - Work in conjunction with TA Chief Medical Officer to ensure an integrated approach between physio/medical teams for appropriate medical management of injuries and evidence based practice. - Training room layout, ordering, budgeting and management.
