Organize & Monitor the whole 's function team's daily job. 1. Receiving customer MPS, base on the MPS to plan production, balance capacity and MPS , ensure production high efficient and meet customer MPS. 2. Close work with Apple GSM to achieve every year’s launch plan. 3. Base on the production plan to make a material delivery plan , control inventory DOI , avoid excess and line down. 4. Communicate with production & its relate dept , such as PD ,QE ,etc. to make sure the production abnormal issue got solved timely and avoid production loss. 5. Arrange shipment delivery base on the MPS . 6. Follow NPI program, material call in , build plan issue ,ect. 7. Inventory and Excess control.

Job detail: 1、Order fulfillment, receiving PO, confirm ETA , arrange shipment, forecast update weekly 2、JIT HUB supply management , sea containers & raw material combination to sites POD line , 3、Inventory & AR control , keep inventory in level , insure HUB physical quality go along with SAP data ,mare sure AR received without risk ,to avoid management loss,weekly inovices. 4、RMA process , run site NCM scrap approval if returned cost is much higher 5、New samples & new projection MP , all related issues to handle with internal & external 6、Data summary & report management by daily ,weekly ,monthly , annual 7、Contact window , acting as coordinator & monitor between clients and factory 8、SAP data maintain

1. Follow -up order process from confirmation to shipment,responsible for data/system entry. Responsible for the sample process, sourcing, production monitoring, quality assurance and on-time delivery. 2. Sourcing ,Manage quotations, price VS analysis, price negotiation with suppliers 3. Work closely with different department QC, Design, Logistic etc to solve production issue. 4. Conduct product evaluation and conduct factory inspection and ensure product quality/safety when required.
