- extracting data from SAP, Power BI Dashboard - creating analysis in Excel using formulas/merging data together - creating presentations - attending business calls and creating meeting minutes/action plans - creating manuals

- processing of various requests from internal customers using the Ivanti system - creating and editing orders and contracts in the SAP system - updating the master data - communocation with the suppliers and the custumers in German or English on the daily basis - orientation in the drawing documentation

- dispose of electronic parts (diodes, resistors) - supply the material delivery for production - creating the offers, selection of suppliers - creating the purchase orders according to the offers - monitoring the delivery dates through the order confirmations - postponing the delivery dates by purchase orders, sending the reminders - communication with german colleagues and suppliers via e-mail / phone calls - communication withing the company ( customer centre, technicians, production, warehouse, ...) - handling complaints
