• Directly managed 3,000 complex projects that involved Company and contractor installations and repairs of new and existing electric and gas services, while meeting departmental goals and KPIs • Directly managed a team of union employees who performed electric and gas field inspections in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner, and in accordance with established policies, procedures, & specifications • Reviewed work quality, documented lessons learned, and provided feedback to employees. Identified areas for improvement and leveraged information into process improvements that promoted operational excellence

• Established and directly supervised the Business Finance and Compliance Team • Established and managed a project to secure access to the Company’s structures by analyzing, implementing, planning, and executing a new process of working with NYPD, which resulted in cost savings of approximately $2 million a year for the department, and $5 million a year Company-wide • Obtained and analyzed financial reports on the department’s expenditures, monitored the costs and analyzed the results with operating areas to increase efficiencies, improve processes and manage their budgets • Verified and approved over $8 million in purchase orders annually while ensuring timely submission of accruals as required by GAAP and Corporate Policies • Presented at various management meetings, including presentations to executives—CEO, CFO and Senior Vice Presidents

• Verified and processed tens of millions of dollars in weekly payments to our vendors, as well as solely managed a few hundred monthly utility bill payments for Con Edison and all subsidiaries • Helped establish and manage the Uninvoiced Receipts Project, which helped verify and reduce incorrectly booked liabilities by over $40 million dollars • Identified over $1 million in duplicate payments and processed credits to recover the overpaid funds • Provided Company-wide training on the Oracle system, the procurement and payables modules
