* I am responsible for searching for and hiring skilled professionals and specialists for interesting and challenging positions in Finance, Banking and Shared Service Center fields. Matching the right people with the perfect job is the main goal. * In this role my daily duties include: * Responsibility over HR recruitment projects, delivery, SLAs * Client management, candidate management, sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, assessing key competences, presenting opportunities to candidates and candidates to clients * Key Account Manager for clients in Shared Service Center Area * Actively using job portals, internal and external databases and socila media including LinkedIn and Facebook * International mobility projects * coordinator for Slovakia * Reporting (weekly, monthly) and other administrative tasks * PR activities: representing the company in media (press, national TV)
