• Organize the creation of marketing and sales support source materials in close partnership with the Global and European marketing teams and agree on localized content for Europe • Ensure marketing materials are delivered in a timely fashion within the agreed budget • Act as a single point of contact for European Product Managers and coordinate virtual project team members and suppliers • Monitor, measure and track project progress, costs and budget • Prepare presentations on projects status, achievements and risks, profitability • Improve processes to meet and exceed customer expectations during service delivery

• Develop customer service & loyalty marketing strategy in Hungary, Romania and Croatia • Set up yearly plans and supervise its regional adaptation and execution • Standardize communication materials • Conduct international market researches and give support for local research designs • Database management, report development and standardization, campaign evaluation

• Manage stock levels at optimum, product orders, pack changes and new launches through Western European hub of factories • Stock allocation within the country, tracking product quality issues

• Develop and manage BAT CRM and direct marketing strategy and customer database • Ensure marketing campaigns are align with legal requirements and support database development • Develop innovatively and customize direct marketing tools (on-line, direct mail, phone, hostess etc.) to brand and marketing campaign objectives • Select and manage direct marketing agencies, coordinate activities with brand marketing teams, budget management

• Developing CRM solutions by providing operational background • Ensuring smooth operation (60-80 CSR &TL) and profitability of business unit while providing high client satisfaction

• CRM and database consultation, direct & loyalty marketing project management from planning to implementation • International project management
