Digital Media Solutions® (DMS) is the leading global adtech company leveraging innovative, performance-driven brand and marketplace solutions to connect consumers and advertisers. I am responsible for overseeing DMS' corporate compliance program. This includes ensuring that all marketing processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations, client requirements, and industry trends and creating, implementing and documenting new processes to reduce operational compliance risk when necessary.

National Heritage Academies is a national K-8 charter school management company that focuses on growing the whole child, academically and morally. While at NHA I assisted with all aspects of the hiring process including sourcing, job postings, conducting interviews, assisting with background checks, sending offer letters and new hire paperwork, etc. I was also exposed to different HRIS and ATS systems. While at NHA I was also given the opportunity to train new summer interns, recruit at career fairs and assist other HR departments on various projects.
