Collaborated with external consultancies to align hiring needs and schedule interviews, improving recruitment pipeline efficiency. Participated in induction and onboarding processes, helping new hires acclimate to the company’s culture, policies, and systems. Gained hands-on exposure to HR operations, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview scheduling under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition team.
