About
Most organizations cannot see how work actually flows. In the AI era, that invisibility is expensive. I define 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 as the discipline of making real work visible before leaders redesign systems, deploy AI, or invest in workforce transformation. The 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 is the structured method that establishes this baseline. It makes execution observable at the level leaders need to act with confidence. I work at the intersection of 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻. My focus is helping executives accountable for outcomes where workforce, systems, and AI intersect. My work centers on: • Mapping how work and decisions actually flow • Exposing friction that suppresses real capacity • Clarifying where humans decide, systems automate, and AI advises • Translating workforce and skills data into execution-grade decisions Execution Visibility does not replace strategy or intervention approaches. It strengthens the conditions under which they operate. Over nearly two decades inside complex organizations, I’ve operated through restructures, capability shifts, and real transformation environments. I continue to work as a Future of Work executive while building the discipline of Execution Visibility across the markets I navigate. 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. At the organizational level, leaders struggle to see how work creates value. At the individual level, professionals struggle to see how their skills and judgment create leverage. Through LifeWork, I help high-performing professionals make their real work visible, reclaim capacity, and build career optionality by treating skills as strategic currency. This philosophy is captured in my book, LifeWork Revolution, and through the LifeWork platform. If you are accountable for outcomes where workforce execution, capability, and AI intersect, Execution Visibility is your starting point.

HR Industry Advisor • Angel Investor
London, England, United Kingdom
As an angel investor and industry advisor at Mindora, I support founders building the next wave of HR technology where well-being intelligence and AI drive real execution outcomes, not just insight. I bring deep experience in workforce strategy, skills intelligence, and operating at scale to help Mindora grow with focus. That includes advising on product direction, enterprise relevance, go-to-market positioning, and how technology actually lands inside complex organizations. My role goes beyond capital. I serve as a strategic thought partner and connector, helping align innovative technology with how people work, decide, and perform in the real world. Mindora is part of my broader portfolio career and LifeWork mission. Certified Life and Work Design Coach • Speaker • Consultant
Worldwide
I’m certified in the original Designing Your Life and Designing Your Work methodologies, bringing Stanford’s human-centered design frameworks into my LifeWork Design practice. I use these tools to help professionals and teams rethink roles, redesign work in place, and test new paths without waiting for perfect conditions or external permission. The focus is practical experimentation, not abstract reflection. This certification reinforces how I work: - Careers and lives aren’t discovered. They’re designed. - Every stage of work is an opportunity to build leverage, not just endure change. - Progress comes from small tests, clear decisions, and systems that compound over time. These principles sit alongside my work in workforce strategy and execution, connecting individual clarity to organizational outcomes. If you’re ready to intentionally design what comes next, we can build it with purpose and momentum.

I challenge approaches that prioritize activity over impact and advocate for learning systems that improve decision-making, performance, and long-term capability, not just course completion. This board role reflects my broader commitment to building ecosystems where learning creates leverage for organizations, leaders, and the people who do the work.
