I’ve spent over a decade growing with AVADirect Custom Computers, where I now serve as Vice President of Operations. What started as a role in customer service became a long-term path through operations leadership. I’m proud to have helped shape a small business that builds custom desktops, laptops, servers, and workstations for clients nationwide. My work is about supporting people, creating smooth processes, strengthening communication across departments, and developing a team culture where people feel confident and capable. I lead our HR efforts, from hiring and training to long-term team development and retention. I’m also certified in Microsoft Teams Administration and use that knowledge to keep collaboration running smoothly, especially in a business that depends on getting the details right. What keeps me motivated is the mix of day-to-day problem-solving and long-term strategy and the chance to keep improving things, both for our customers and the people I work with daily.
