Kashmere Miller

Kashmere Miller is an incoming veterinary student at the University of Glasgow. She is a purpose-driven scholar, entrepreneur, and content creator with a passion for veterinary medicine, innovation, wildlife conservation, and entrepreneurship. Her ambition to become a global veterinarian is rooted in a commitment to advancing animal health, expanding access to veterinary resources, and creating meaningful solutions that improve the lives of animals and the people who care for them. Alongside her academic journey, Kashmere is the founder of FurFinds, a verification and discovery platform designed to help pet owners find local trusted, pet-friendly businesses and services. Through FurFinds, she is working to create greater transparency, trust, and accessibility within the pet industry while making it easier for pet owners to confidently travel and navigate everyday life with their animals. As an aspiring entrepreneur, Kashmere actively participates in startup programs, hackathons, business pitch competitions, and innovation initiatives to strengthen her skills in leadership, public speaking, business strategy, and problem-solving. She is particularly interested in the intersection of veterinary medicine, technology, and business, and is passionate about building ventures that create long-term impact. With a focus on global accessibility and cross-cultural communication, Kashmere is also committed to learning Spanish and additional languages that will allow her to better serve diverse communities throughout her veterinary career. She believes that effective communication and cultural understanding are essential to improving animal welfare and expanding access to quality veterinary care worldwide. Her long-term vision is to bridge veterinary medicine, technology, entrepreneurship, and education to create innovative solutions that advance animal health, empower pet owners, and strengthen communities around the world.
