As an Admission Officer at Vidyamandir Classes, I am responsible for guiding students and parents through the enrollment process, understanding their academic needs, and recommending suitable preparatory programs for IIT-JEE, NEET, and other competitive exams. I manage end-to-end admissions—from initial counseling and handling inquiries to form processing, fee collection, and final enrollment. I also support marketing initiatives, maintain accurate admission records, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

As an Admission Manager cum Admission Counselor, I was responsible for managing the complete admission process while guiding students and parents in choosing the right path for competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, and Olympiads. Throughout my tenure, I independently conducted and handled over 100 personalized counseling sessions, helping students make informed academic decisions. My role involved end-to-end coordination—from inquiry to enrollment—while maintaining a strong rapport with students and ensuring high conversion rates through transparent and goal-oriented guidance.

Provided real-time support via chat for customer issues across orders and payments. Achieved the highest CSAT rating in the team throughout my tenure, known for fast resolution, empathy, and clear communication.

Actively involved in college theatre, performing in stage plays, street performances, and cultural events. Theatre helped me enhance my confidence, creativity, public speaking, and collaborative skills while exploring storytelling and expression beyond the classroom.
