Founder of Wethink Studios, an independent production company focused on the development of original film and television projects with international potential. The company is built around bold, commercially viable and culturally resonant storytelling, with a growing slate of feature projects in development. Current activity includes project packaging, creative development, strategic partnerships and international positioning across the UK and wider MENA region. Previously developed under the Wethink Media banner, the company is now positioned as Wethink Studios to reflect its long-term focus on premium screen storytelling and production.

Long-term creative and production collaborator with Redeeming Features, working across independent features, documentaries and project development over a number of years. The relationship began on the feature film Hard Tide and has continued through multiple productions and development conversations since, combining on-set leadership, production coordination, packaging support and strategic input across new work. Worked closely with producer Nathanael Wiseman and the wider team on project delivery, international relationship-building and market-facing opportunities, including support around documentary and feature conversations connected to the MENA region. Currently collaborating on the development and packaging of the feature film Not In My Name.

Served as 1st Assistant Director on the feature film RIA, supporting production delivery across scheduling, cast and crew coordination, and day-to-day set operations. Worked closely with the director and production team to help maintain structure, pace and communication across the shoot in a demanding production environment.

Led set operations as 1st AD on a feature production with an accelerated shooting schedule, helping maintain discipline, pace and departmental coordination across an ambitious shoot. Trusted to deliver under pressure in a demanding low-budget production environment.

Served as 1st Assistant Director on an independent feature production, overseeing scheduling, call sheets, cast and crew coordination, and day-to-day set operations in support of the director’s vision. Known for maintaining order, momentum and clear communication across fast-paced production environments.

Description: Supported youth engagement, outreach and programme delivery across East London, helping connect young people with creative, educational and employment opportunities. Worked across front-line delivery, recruitment and mentoring, with a particular focus on supporting harder-to-reach young people and helping create pathways into creative and professional development. This period played an important role in shaping my commitment to opportunity-building, leadership and long-term creative development. Sub-role 1 Title: Programme Executive – Get Started Dates: Oct 2014 – Jul 2016 Description: Delivered themed Prince’s Trust programmes focused on arts, sports and technology, helping young people build confidence, skills and routes into positive outcomes. Sub-role 2 Title: Outreach Executive Dates: Jul 2015 – Feb 2016 Description: Led outreach and recruitment activity, building relationships across communities and helping widen access to Prince’s Trust programmes and support. Sub-role 3 Title: Job Ambassador Dates: Oct 2014 – Jul 2015 Description: Supported programme visibility and engagement by working directly with young people and local networks across East London.

Oversaw day-to-day set management, scheduling and team coordination on an independent feature production, ensuring the shoot ran smoothly and efficiently. Supported the director and producers in maintaining pace, communication and production discipline across a fast-moving schedule.

Worked as 1st Assistant Director on an international promotional shoot in Egypt, coordinating logistics, scheduling and production delivery on a high-pressure overseas project. The role required rapid problem-solving, strong communication and practical leadership across travel, crew coordination and on-location production.

Served as 1st Assistant Director on the feature film Hard Tide, managing day-to-day set operations, scheduling, call sheets and communication across departments. This project marked the beginning of a long-standing working relationship with Redeeming Features and established an ongoing collaboration built on trust, reliability and delivery under pressure.

Delivered creative-industry workshops for young people across film, music, photography and events, supporting confidence-building, skills development and early creative pathways.
