Review court filings for compliance with federal, state, and local rules. ECF file court documents in jurisdictions throughout the country. Monitor and update case dockets on a daily basis. Calendar upcoming case deadlines in CourtAlert. Maintain and update ECF login information for litigation attorneys.

Managed a caseload of approximately 280 clients with pending social security disability claims. Facilitated the SSDI and SSI process for clients from the initial application to the hearing. Collected and sent medical records and correspondence from doctors to Disability Determination Services or the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. Filed appeals for clients who are denied. Responded to and resolved questions or concerns from clients and their Disability Examiners. Assisted senior attorneys with upcoming hearings and accompanied attorneys to court.

Critically analyzed legal documents, such as 51A reports, 51B investigations, and court transcripts. Wrote and reviewed legal memoranda and briefs, such as motions and court orders. Accompanied Attorney Seaver to client meetings. Improved marketing strategies through the construction of social media outlets.

Identified by a faculty member as an ideal candidate to conduct intensive research. Applied and selected to conduct full-time research with Stonehill professors in the field of Political Science and American Government. Actively researching the topic of partisan bias and political party advantages in the modern era. Co-authoring a book entitled "The Conservative Advantage" and individually writing a chapter regarding the partisan impact of redistricting and political geography.

Worked with CEO and CCO in establishing and launching three hedge funds. Aided in the application process for the sale of private placements. Updated written supervisory procedures, the core compliance manual, and company trainings. Wrote the investment firm’s ethics manual and Firm Element which was submitted to FINRA.

I graduated from Stonehill College with a major in Political Science and a minor in English. I was involved with the Student Alumni Association for two years and was elected the Chair of the Public Relations Committee. I studied in New York City at Fordham University for a semester and also interned on Wall Street. During the summer of 2013 I worked as a SURE Scholar conducting research with my political science professors regarding Partisan Bias in American Government.

I attended Fordham University for the Spring semester of my junior year through the New York City internship program at Stonehill College.
