Working with over 100 global clinical research sites for large 2,000 subject Pharmaceutical Research Study. Involved from study start-up, Regulatory document collection, subject recruitment material for IRBs, and Rater Training.

* Assist within all aspects of emergency room patient care including: EKGs, Phlebotomy, Orthopedic splinting * Member of rapid response team, responsible for all crash cart and surgical supplies * Responsible for patient transport, including critically ill on ventilators

Obtains appropriate sterile and unsterile items needed for procedure -Checks patient’s chart, identifies patient, verifies surgery to be performed with consent forms, and brings patient to assigned operating room -Transfers patient to operating room table -Assesses comfort and safety measures and provides verbal and tactile reassurance to the patient -Assists anesthesia personnel -Positions patient, using appropriate equipment -Applies electrosurgical grounding pads, tourniquets, monitors, etc., before procedure begins -Prepares the patient’s skin prior to draping by surgical team -Performs appropriate counts with scrub person prior to the operation and before incision is closed -Anticipates additional supplies needed during the procedure -Properly cares for specimens -Secures dressings after incision closure

Volunteer and EMT for horse shows -Drive to the scene and provide basic life support to the victims before they are transported to the hospital. -Determine the right course of action after evaluating the patient’s condition. -Provide medical aid such as AED, CPR, prevent spinal damage, ventilation, control severe bleeding, prevent shock, bandaging wounds, etc., to stabilize their condition. -Transfer patients to the emergency units of the hospital. -Administration of activated charcoal, oral glucose and oxygen. -Prepare a patient care report and take notes of the medical treatment given to them. -Attend refresher training programs and continuing education as required by medical control, employers, certifying or licensing agencies.

* Oversight of assigned clinical research sites to verify its validity, accuracy, and compliance with GDP, local regulations, and protocol guidance * Record the conduction of site visits in accordance with the Monitoring Plan and in accordance with appropriate visit report templates * CRA for all Major Oncology Centers (MDACC/MSKCC/SCRC/UCSF/USC/DFCI) * Regulatory document review, collection * Verification and review of adverse events, serious adverse events, concomitant medications and corresponding illness to confirm accurate data reporting in accordance with protocol * Ensure proper storage, dispensing and accountability of all Investigational Products and trial related material * Conduct TMF auditing service for client * Resolve queries of CRF data with Study Site Personnel * Liaise with Data Management to resolve data discrepancies and ensure all Data Management study goals are met through database lock
