As a senior leader in the Data & AI practice, I lead 3 key parallel tracks to drive growth and ensuring focused outcomes. i.e., PRE-SALES & SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE ● Architected comprehensive data and AI solutions and designed the strategical roadmap journey from a stage of ‘AI Dust -> Game Changer’ for clients in Enterprise, Telco+ and Government. ● Designed reference architectures for AWS and Azure, creating standardized, reusable patterns for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption, which accelerated solution design by 30%. ● Led technical presentations and workshops for senior client stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of proposed solutions to secure new business. PROJECT DELIVERY & TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP ● Leading the delivery of GenAI solution using Open AI and Azure stack to enable trade unions in Singapore to enhance the overall employee benefits, wellness and corporate functions etc. ● Architected and led the delivery of a critical cloud-native disease management system on AWS GCC. Designed the data architecture to integrate disparate data sources, ensuring high availability, security, and data quality for public health analytics. ● Served as the Data Architect for a major digital transformation initiative. Designed a streamlined data ecosystem using Qlik Sense and Cloudera, automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT ● Led internal data asset development program utilizing offshore team expertise to optimize business development and project delivery costs such as effort estimator, BQ templates, POCs and reference architecture in AWS and Azure covering various data ingestion, transformation, persistence and sharing approach etc. ● Standardized delivery approach for Data projects with pre-defined document templates, data ops, governance framework and accelerators

- Manage and deliver enterprise level analytics projects that majorly involves business intelligence, data engineering and cloud. - Manage technical competencies and overall chargeability of visual intelligence team. - Lead Pre-sales engagements and estimate comprehensive cost and efforts. - Recruit analytics consultants to manage technical competency of team and cater for upcoming and existing project needs.

● Solutioning and delivery Lead for the Analytics team consisting of 6 onshore resources. Responsible for liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements, shaping the end-to-end design and delivery. ● Prepare conceptual design framework for each project from the envisioning process through to project execution. ● Responsible for architecting, designing, and managing the team to deliver BI solutions using visualization tools majorly such as Qlik, Tableau and Power BI.

• Responsible for designing the information architecture schema to integrate the data from various applications. • Design & build the data logic, data models and interfaces for reports/dashboards in QlikView, Qlik Sense and Tableau. • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities by interpreting organization’s data and analyze result trends or patterns. • Communicate data findings with business stakeholders into understandable document or presentation.

• Responsible to demo Qlik in pre-sales meetings and understand client requirements. • Managed end to end communication with client stakeholders and was responsible for Requirements Gathering, Development, and UAT. • Understand the data from their native third-party software and integrate with Qlik for further analysis. • Suggesting the best practices to maintain the data for the analysis.

• Designed dashboards to analyse the current assets and liabilities for UK region and the insights of current policy status for business development managers. • Identify process simplification opportunities for overall reporting environment in QlikView, streamlining report generation and delivery. • Manage existing report inventory and implement changes to improve the accuracy of reports and to decrease the overall number of reports by designing the dashboards. • Work directly with the larger Legal Data Warehouse team to maintain and correct dimensional or fact data that impacts report accuracy and availability.
