Planning and execution of Drilling and Completion operations for Polymer and ASP implementation in Mangala, Bhagyam and Aishwariya fields. Project manager for execution of Mangala infill campaign, 10 wells, ~25MM USD capex & Aishwariya polymer flood project, 32 wells, 100MM USD capex. Responsible for Managing Safety, Reporting to management, Team management, Budget management, management and JV alignment. Contract management of multi million contracts including dispute management, mediation experience & Arbitration. Responsible for 10,000 bopd production and upkeep of 200 wells across.

• Management of Petroleum engineering, Well completion, artificial lift, production optimisation of Polymer flood development in MBA fields. Managed 3 Completion rigs, 2 Wireline units, 2 SWT units, 3 Slickline units. Completed more than 107 wells in 2 years. Responsible for management of Petroleum Engineering, Well completion and artificial lift activities in ASP development in Mangala, Bhagyam and Aishwariya fields. The project includes Drilling and Completion of 300 wells in duration of 5 years. Responsible for HSE, Operations management, Budgeting, forecasting and reporting for all Completion operations in MBA fields. Procurement of required resources of required resources. Awarded 2 major contracts totaling a value of ~600 MM USD.

Well Completion of 15 infill wells through in-house execution, including 3 horizontal wells with ESP completion. Production optimisation through artificial lift optimisation in MBA field. Approval of multi-million dollar projects from through internal and external stake holders.

• Responsible for Governance & well Integrity of all the fields • Well integrity status reporting, preventive maintenance of safety critical equipment & management reporting • Generating standard operating procedures for welltesting, slickline, Eline, coiled tubing and stimulation activities • Risk assessment & PHSER review for critical projects • Reporting on regulatory compliance of wells with respect to Oil Mines Regulation and Company Secretary • Recommendation of changes in regulation to update Oil Mines Regulations and OISD standards. • Recommendation for well abandonment strategy for Offshore assets and onshore assets, including rigless abandonment. • Responsible for well completion design & functional approval for all Company operated fields. Execution of activities for Gate03 approvals • Well completion design and technical approval for projects • Offshore completion involving 4 wells in Laxmi & Gauri fields: Mainly sidetrack wells with requirement of sand control and gaslift. • Offshore completion involving 8 wells in Ravva offshore fields • Tight oil field: Generating basis of well design for tight oil field with multistage frac in open hole and plug and perf technique • Tight gas field: Generating basis of well design for tight gas field with monobore design and plug and perf technique.

• Well completion recommendation, specification and design for all new fields in the Rajasthan block including: • Tubular and sand face completion design, including optimal hydraulic fracture stimulation design for the following reservoirs: • Conventional high permeability sandstone reservoir with high wax content. • Deep tight gas. • Unconventional, very low permeability, high porosity field siliceous shale. • Hydraulic fracture design for both vertical and horizontal wells. Techniques include conventional, plug and perf in cased hole, and open hole multistage fracturing. • Manage all the Production Technology department studies including: • Sand control core tests • Water injection. Determination of optimum water quality specification for full field waterflood injection. • Fines migration, completion fluid, and kill fluid testing. • Recommendation of best sand control method. Included evaluation of HRWP, direct wrap stand alone screens, screens with sliding side doors and screens with inflow control devices. • Review of the offshore Ravva field sand control history over the past 20 years. Evaluated the performance of expandable sand screens, gravel packs and wire wrapped screens. • Implemented hollow rod driven PCP artificial lift system. System managed flow assurance while ensuring high lift efficiency. • Preliminary wellbore tubular corrosion prediction and metallurgy selection. • Manage new technology evaluation budget for the Production Technology department. • Mentor team members. Evaluate team members’ performance as a part of the performance appraisal process.

• Artificial lift evaluation and selection for field implementation. • Design of ESP & PCP completions for wells in the Mangala & Bhagyam Fields in the Rajasthan block. • ESP and PCP equipment tendering and procurement. • Installation and Commissioning of ESP and PCP equipment in field. • Pump performance monitoring and optimization. Failure root cause analysis and preparation of failure reports. • Preparation of the rig schedule. Coordination and management of inventory to ensure smooth rig operations. • Procurement of fit for purpose completion equipment. Workover program design and assurance. • Rig performance tracking and reporting. Submit performance reports to company JV partners. • Onsite rig supervision as the night workover supervisor. • Onsite supervision of sand control, well completion and well servicing operations including; Fracpac; running of wire wrapped screens; multiple umbilical completion; electric line, slickline and coiled tubing well interventions.
