Global Automotive Research Centre, Oragaram Chennai Technical Assistant - Electric Vehicle Testing (On Contract) GARC Govt. of India (under NATRIP), authorized testing center (Certification, R&D) Role: • Responsible for Electric Vehicle Testing with AIS (Automotive Industry Standard) Test approval standards methods • Conducting electric vehicle Range test, energy consumption test & performance testing on chassis dynamometer • Performance evaluation & measurement of vehicle through chassis dynamometer testing • Vehicle instrumentation & data acquisition by using Hioki power analyser • Responsible to Handle Lab equipments & machines, ie. Chroma AC/DC Load Tester, Hioki power analyser, Delta EV chargers, Short circuit Tester, Over load tester

Role:- * Scheduling and distributing manpower effectively to maximize production output with upright quality * Directing daily review meetings to address all quality related concerns * Failure analysis & report preparation * Training & evolving new operator on quality assurance personnel * Leading process audit in VQ & other departments’ audit and product audit doing in daily basis * Preparing Defect Analysis, Root Cause Identification and receiving countermeasures within the target * Steering defective simulation formarket claim related defects(NG Part) * Issuing ICR for daily top defect and receiving back with countermeasures & rectifying the countermeasure * Formulating operation standards for new models vehicle * Conducting test drive all vehicle before delivery * Accompanying durability test on parts & vehicle * Bench marking of competitor vehicles * Inspecting pre-delivery for all vehicles * executing complaint analysis * Working independently as well as a team member * Delivering quality controls and enhancements to proactively address problems and improved product quality, manufacturing flow, customer satisfaction and bottom-line results * interacting effectively with all levels of organization and external customers * Steering product audit, process audit to reduce non-compliance's & achieve customer satisfaction Achievements:- * Played a key role in improving material quality by taking initiatives such as Starter motor noise, Front wheel movement hard by mini IQSC * Supervised inspection of raw material which improved product quality by 100% against 60% previously (Fork jig modification) * Stayed under budget for many quarters
