• My responsibilities covering the preliminary list of SAARC countries include India, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Burma, and Myanmar. • work with sales and product management/marketing on competitor information,industry analysis, technology and market trends. • Responds Request for information for customers across SAARC. • Working with customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of evertz solutions • Build and perform opportunity relevant presentations and solution demonstrations, delivered in person and remotely . • Faultfinding, upgrades, field repair for evertz product lines and third party integration, fault investigation, installation, and reconfiguration. Most of this work is carried out on live revenue sensitive systems. Also presenting training courses for both colleagues and customers • First level problem determination including assessing the severity of issues Trouble shooting and resolving. • Provide customers with solutions for “How to” Questions. • Update Customers regularly on Open service request and recording all service requests. • Provide Customer feedback to product Managers and conduct installations delivery to the customers. • RFP & Solution design for implementation of various projects across SAARC region. • Manage the email support queue and ensure the customers are responded to in a timely and professional manner. • Clearly and thoroughly communicate to the customers about the technical Information in professional manner. • Helped the Region’s product sales through Preparing and execution of Professional demos for various Clients.
