To take Job Responsibilities in the field of Facility Management and Administration. Having total 8 + years of experience in the industry and having sound knowledge in the facility management portfolio. Wide experience exclusively in the field of Facility management  Preparing preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment ,ensuring preventive maintenance activity carried out on time for all equipment and breakdown maintenances done as on when required  Preparing annual shutdown maintenance plan and executing  Availing vendor proposal, submitting for approval and follow up for PO, coordination with vendor for work execution, Invoice submission and follow up until payment.  Operation and maintenance of Fire & Safety system like fire hydrant system, sprinkler system & fire extinguishers  Operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment’s like HT Yard, Transformers, DG sets, UPS, Distribution panels, distribution boards, lighting, utility pumps & Lifts  Operation and maintenance of air-conditioning equipment like air cooled chiller plant, AHU, DX AHU, PAC unit, cassette AC unit & split AC units  Planning for energy preservation and reporting to Facility Manager  Preparing and submitting incident report and route cause analysis report STP & RO plant operation and maintenance  Co-Ordination for all the audit ,taking action against the audit observations and providing closure updates  Handling compliance and legal requirement and documents with respect to CEIG & TNPCP  Reporting to senior manager ,facilities &Administration  Providing data to MMR & Dash board

facility maintenance Responsible for all activities in the shift Maintenance in 160 KVA UPS 5nos  Handling on VCB,MCCB,MCB,ELCB  Maintenance on chiller(185 TR),AHU,VFD  Maintaining ISO document.  Co-ordinate with AMC vendor  Maintenance of fire Alarm system  Ensuring cleanliness of office premises at all times  Store management  Pantry and cafeteria management  Energy &water saving  Electrical motor rewinding and over-hauling.
