Process all types of merchandise sales such as cash. check. credit card or gift card. Process new credit applications and process new gift cards. Stock merchandise as needed, sign sales prices, price merchandise, Do inventory counts when needed. Do planogram's, assemble patio furniture, Christmas trees. Train new hires the proper register operations and how to process credit card applications.

Process customer's requests for return wrong tools that they ordered along with defective tools according to manufacturers procedures. Explain to customers how their return will be handled. I worked closely with all of the tool manufacturers along with other department managers regarding all returns.

I do planograms, work freight on to shelves, do carry outs for customers,cut chains and cable to specific lengths for customer, explain warranty questions for tools and equipment they purchased,check inventory, open and close store reconcile register tills and enter deposits into system. Take deposit to bank and get change. Answer customer questions along with doing rain checks and store transfers.

Verify opening and closing tills, answer phone calls and questions from customers. Process all types of payments plus process new credit card applications. I also call customers to verify their furniture order along with delivery date and time window.
