Technical leadership for tailored customer and product support infrastructure to aviation OEMs. This major SaaS solution includes spare parts provisioning, service operations and field services. The service offering is delivered through a tailored service and maintenance web portal that integrates the applications and data needed to detect and predict service, maintenance and repair needs. It is modelled on MyBoeingFleet.com and CAS's other award winning services.

Enterprise Architect for Boeing's Policies, Procedures and Process Management (PP&;PM) Program, enables the execution of all Boeing Business Processes. This enterprise program will establish common processes and systems for use by all divisions, programs, functions and employees.
