- 360-degree business recruiting across various seniority levels for GTM Teams in DACH & Italy, defining roles together with hiring managers, CV screening, interviewing and offer negotiation - Enhanced the candidate experience by implementing Starred, leading the project, managing end-to-end implementation and leveraging data to refine the recruitment process - Worked with our internal design team to create multiple sales employer brand videos, showcasing our brand and culture to candidates - Supported the rollout of company values and culture from a Talent Acquisition perspective in Germany and France during the acquisition of Optimum Automotive, ensuring alignment in hiring practices and employer branding - Coached and mentored a working student on job board management, improving candidate quality, enhancing job board efficiency, and collaboration with recruiters

- 360-degree business recruiting across various seniority levels in the DACH region, defining roles together with hiring managers, CV screening, interviewing and offer negotiations - Led the project to create a new careers page for the new combined company Shiftmove, including benchmarking, collaborating with design and branding teams, and managing the successful rollout - Owning the job board management, managing to get the budget down, to increasing the performance of the job boards and the number of candidates applying, resulting in having a reliable income of candidates at the top of the funnel - Taking over diverse projects such as compensation benchmarking, revamping our referral programme, etc.

- Responsible for Job board management, including Identifying and using suitable job portals for all open positions and taking care of their performance - Taking over employer branding projects working with Kununu and Glassdoor to enhance the candidate experience - Engaged in full cycle recruiting process for non-tech positions including Kick-off Meetings, Hiring Manager Management, writing compelling Job advertisements, CV screening, scheduling and conducting Interviews

Main activities and responsibilities: • Holistic support of the recruiting process: Talent management, creating and advertising job advertisements, analysing suitable recruiting channels, screening and forwarding applications to the Hiring Manager, organising and conducting interviews • Building and strengthening the employer brand through targeted communication strategies and marketing activities: Using social media channels for content and job postings • Developing concepts for Human Resources and for Talent Development • Diverse topics in HR administration / People Operations like preparing employment contracts
