- Full coordination of the crewing process for vessels (training, logistics, recruitment, and dismissals) - Management from mobilization for new contracts through to demobilization at the end of the project - Administration of unforeseen events (emergency disembarkations, medical leaves, onboard accidents) - Experience with REB (Brazilian Special Registry – flag change to Brazilian flag) - Participation in the rescue team after an onboard fire incident - Multiple crew mobilizations for contract commencements and shipyard projects

• Management of maritime crew training and certification in compliance with national/international standards and global contracts • Leadership of the T&D team and management of budget, costs, and KPIs • Specialist in maritime legislation (IMO, SOLAS, STCW, NORMAM, IMCA, OPITO, Nautical Institute, Brazilian Labor Ministry) • Creator of the Onboard Training Program (DOF Brazil) — cost reduction, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety • Development of the Anchor Handling Competence Program for 90 deck officers • Implementation of technical training with leading manufacturers to reduce corrective maintenance • Partnership with SENAI to train marine electricians and technicians, preparing future ETOs • Participation in ISO, ISPS, ISM, Petrobras, and Labor Ministry audits

Opportunity given after an internal recruitment to work onshore in DOF Brasil / Norskan Offshore Office. Responsible to keep crew certifications according to all requirements.

- Embarked as Engineer Officer on AHTS DP2 and SESV DP3 construction vessels - Preventive and corrective maintenance with 1st Engineer (diesel engines, pumps, diesel-electric propulsion DP3, gear boxes, shaft generators) - Operation and maintenance of systems (lube oil, hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, fresh water, ballast water, sewage plant, reverse osmosis, fresh water generator) - Responsible for diesel and lube oil supply - Internal control of material requests - Management and distribution of work between crew and external suppliers - Cleaning and inspection of tanks - Periodic check of safety equipment

Embarkation in a Bulk Carrier Vessel in a trainee position to accomplish six months onboard, and then, become a Engineer Officer.
