Karolina (pronounced Karo-lee-na) is the Founder of The Hybrid Coach. Recognised as an expert in the area of thought mastery and self-leadership, Karolina uses her unique philosophy and authentic coaching style to help business owners and leaders identify their blind spots and shift their thinking in order to generate extraordinary results. Author, coach, speaker, entrepreneur and mum of 2, Karolina’s achieved international authority by facilitating her powerful framework via 1:1 coaching and masterminds.

A fast-paced varied role that allowed me to shape the Ryco brand engagement and visual presence in the Australian and New Zealand automotive marketplace. Across promotions, events / tradeshows, websites - rycofilters.com.au, EDM's, digital, social, SEM, campaign management, packaging and any other customer facing promotions. My role collaborated with the sales, product development, engineering, customer service, marketing and digital teams on content strategies, brand awareness and future trends. As well as product optimization, website and App UX. As an innovation leader within the Ryco Group, I was responsible for championing a culture of innovation. This included running best practice workshops, helping others in the business innovate and applying lean start-up methodology processes.
