• Conducting monthly process reviews for each team member every month per the quality assurance review procedures. • Preparing, conducting, and reviewing monthly tests up to 70 specialists. • Assisting the EMS Coding Team Lead with communicating review findings to team members, and establishing corrective action plans when applicable. • Building, maintaining, and running business objects reports, spreadsheets, documents, etc. to assist with the quality assurance process. • Leading training of new group - up to 20 specialist and existing staff ( up to 70). • Different type project management by Quality team or EMS medical coders.

• Analyze and complete account information based on ambulance medical records review. Information includes: level of service, emergency designation, modifiers, ICD‑10 codes, medical necessity codes, supplemental charges, signature types, transport mileage, etc. • Complete various projects as assigned by management. • Assist with processing in departments other than coding as directed by management. • Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.

• I was responsible of creating employee schedules, filling in travel bills, goods distribution, stock‑taking at all stores; • Invoice management and communication with clients; • Conducting inventories of goods.
