Tanne Sp. z o.o. Particleboard factory (Grupa Forte S.A.) Responsible for day-to-day production management and operational performance of a large-scale particleboard production plant. Supported the Plant Manager in leading production teams, process optimization, quality, cost and efficiency improvements. Actively involved in scaling production volumes, stabilizing processes after start-up phase and preparing the organization for further industrial growth and industrial development initiatives.

Tanne Sp. z o.o. Particleboard factory (Grupa Forte S.A.) Responsible for building and start-up of a greenfield particleboard plant project. Participated in cross-functional teams during construction, installation, commissioning and ramp-up phases. Responsible for building the plant organizational structure prior to start-up, including recruitment of production and key supporting functions (technology, quality, HSE). Developed core technological standards and process frameworks that became the foundation for first production and further industrial development. Prepared the organization for first production with a team that had no prior experience in particleboard production, laying the foundations for stable and scalable industrial operations.

Grupa Forte S.A. Furniture technology & production plants (4 sites) Responsible for process technology development across furniture production operations within the Forte Group. Led the Process Technology Office, supporting 4 production sites in process optimization, standardization and industrial efficiency improvements. Oversaw process engineers at plant level, developed packaging standards for furniture products, and ensured accuracy and consistency of production master data within the SAP ERP system. Worked closely with production, engineering and investment teams to align process standards with operational and industrial development objectives.

Grupa Forte S.A. Furniture technology & production plants (4 sites) Responsible for process engineering and optimization across furniture production operations. Focused on productivity improvements, process standardization and efficiency initiatives within production lines. Actively participated in investment projects related to new machinery and equipment, supporting process design, implementation and start-up. Built strong analytical and hands-on process engineering expertise across 4 production sites.

Grupa Forte S.A. Furniture production plant in Ostrów Mazowiecka Led production shifts in a multi-shift production environment with responsibility for production results. Managed shopfloor teams ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and on-time execution. Developed basic operational leadership and people management skills and accountability for end-to-end production performance

Grupa Forte S.A. | Furniture process & product technology and production areas (4 sites) Internship providing a broad overview of company operations and manufacturing processes. Gained initial exposure to production, product and process technology and industrial organization within a large manufacturing group.

Developed hands-on craftsmanship skills in solid wood manufacturing, including doors, stairs and furniture production. Gained practical experience in woodworking from an early age, working as a carpenter alongside formal education (high school and university).
