I led learning and development for three companies and managed two acquisitions. Overseeing 240 employees in our LMS Zoho Learn portal, I ensured a cohesive and efficient employee onboarding process. Training time was significantly reduced from 80 hours to 24 hours through the implementation of an a-la-carte training program, resulting in a remarkable 30% increase in training efficiency. In terms of content production, I managed all steps of production, including pre-production, production, videography, content creation, post-production, and dissemination. This involved strategic project planning using PM software like Monday.com, Adobe Suite, and Vimeo, ensuring a streamlined workflow. I personally created over 14 modules, consisting of more than 400 multimedia lessons. This included managing video creation, optimizing workflows, reviewing documents, and conducting A/B tests on training materials to enhance their effectiveness and engagement.

Liaising with the Digital Marketing team to produce monthly research articles in marketing emails. Pitching and reporting to a team of editors. Developed training manuals for a company worth $475 million and partnered with their biggest client Costco to produce effective documentation for utilization of Appointment Management Systems across 30 offices in the nation. Published training documents and manuals for supervisors to approve and distribute throughout the company. Partnered with internal and external stakeholders handling confidential information for security portfolio documentation. Produced compliance reports generated through management systems, Excel and Google Sheets to help broker over 60,000 appointments a year.

Partnered with Marketing and Technology departments to manage and maintain the websites and product management systems. Created product and website content to monetize sales effectively. Working with Marketing and Distributing departments to fulfill sponsorship and lead-generation deliverables for training, compliance, and customer relation reporting. Managed all lines of client communication including website, emails, appointments, and phone calls to ensure conflict resolution was actively and effectively being administered. Communicating with over 300+ clients. Strategize and execute long-term projects for content creation, product management, and maintenance with the Operations Manager.
