Grew to the #1 women in business networking group in the State. Developed the #1 women in business magazine with a dominating state distribution. Negotiated partnerships with the City, Girls Scouts and The Color Run. Appointed to LEADS as a representative of Idaho. Hosted the 2nd largest women's show in the State Developed a lost leader company into multiple six figures. Managed, trained and allocated millions. Became the State's source of influence for small business and women in business. Established pivotal media relationships across the State.

Using focused marketing channeled to public relations, I opened a public relations company and worked with 30 businesses my first year. Those 30 ranged from small, one-person great operations to national clients and government agencies. The services spanned creating simple in-roads for collaboration, pitching media as a public relations channel for marketing, aligning and creating marketing collateral, restructuring marketing strategies, public speaking and training, and remaining a business's critical partner in remaining a focused advocate for the temperament of its audience.

Brought in as a turnaround partner. Within the first 30-days, redesigned the customer and employee loyalty program, shaved costs to align with expectations, designed a more consistent customer experience. Within 90-days a new hiring program was established incorporating peer-to-peer leadership and training. Halted a high employee turnover rate and repositioned this company into a positive cash flow.

Originated a plaintiff support service to ensure client sustainability throughout the legal lifecycle. Launched early adopter website. More than 10,000 unique visitors monthly. Established a support website for plaintiffs. Funded more than a million dollars in support programs. An innovative program launched before Aflac and other funding programs.

Two-year Master's program taught by published conflict professionals and trainers. The program ended with a 100-hour practicum with the county courthouse providing mediation services. Outstanding education creating an epic shift.
