I am a certified Human Resources professional with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta. I have been working at TRIO, an international clinical research organization, for over four and a half years, currently as a Human Resources Manager overseeing the HR department activities in Canada, USA, Uruguay and other jurisdictions. In my role, I lead and support several HR team members, manage the recruitment for various departments, provide advice on employment matters and legislation, and lead HR initiatives that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values. I have developed and demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and customer service, as well as strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
