As a research ingiérete I was responsible of investigate and develop New steel formulas for the automotive industry. I was in charge of several operators in order to produce those new materials and to tested in different procedures. I was in direct contact with customers to receive their requirements to build a new steel material. I was in charge as well to use the equipment to perform all the stress and fatigue testing to prove that the material has all the mechanical properties.

Production planner of Metal Paint area  Responsible for the production area of service parts (800 pieces per day approx.)  Direct contact with supplier and customer.  Assistance to 6 assembly lines.  Tracking of critical numbers.  Production control.  Coordination of more than 30 highly trained operators in the area of painting.  Quality checks for continuity of assembly lines.  Analysis and problem solving.  Management of ERP AS400 (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Manufacturing Engineer Jr. 10L60 Gear finishing process equipment certification (machine capability analysis, cycle time validation & PPAP flexibility qualification).  Validation of all pinion, sun and internal gears.  Analysis of process quality problems on honing station (internal diameter deformation issue).  Coordination of test & analysis to find problem root cause.  Optimize and generate work instructions based on risk analysis for the maintenance area.  Review , complete and translate carrier line handbooks for preventive maintenance.  Develop the list of critical spare parts.  Management of maintenance spare parts inventory.  Production support on gears area ( tolerances review and process troubleshooting).
