- Work with the Customer teams and SBM team to develop and agree cost targets for new components prior to Customer Quote - Work with cross functional teams to review BOM to classified Platform, NPI and production components. - Consolidate budget for all external investments including development/tooling for all new components within the project - Implement best practices: cost estimation for Customer offers, modification negotiations, lead time management - Negotiations at PQF level to ensure competitive Bid for customer. - Organize and lead Sourcing Committee activity for your programs, ensuring alignment with Commodities and Customer teams - Promote concurrent engineering, by organizing and leading drawing reviews with supplier’s and Co-Design/ Design to Cost approach. - Ensure APQP Process is deployed all along development - Achieve cost, PPAP Approval and SOP targets - Ensure material availability for Product launch (ODT, PPAP, and SOP). - Maintain performance metrics and tracking sheets for NPI activities. - Follow up project until Ph8 exit and handover to the plant.

- Raw material. - Responsible for the negotiation with suppliers on the shipping commitments. - MRP Maintenance. - Responsible of price list updates. - Responsible of creation and maintenance of Purchase Orders for suppliers. - Daily support to planners with shortages. - Responsible of material getting to the production line from the supplier. - Daily support to warehouse receiving department. - Maintain inventory levels on target.
