Managing Canada Mobility Programs including immigration, international permanent transfers, foreign local hires and domestic relocation. In partnership with payroll and global mobility provider(s), ensure that international and shadow payroll processes are documented and being managed appropriately for international mobile workforce. Developed a retention strategy which involved establishing and rolling out a career path and compensation structure for Service Technicians and Site Managers.
