About

I operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, governance, and institutional development, with a focus on building and repositioning organizations in complex and evolving environments. I currently serve on the Boards of Directors of Université Quisqueya and E-Power S.A., and lead the Bureau de Développement Institutionnel (BDI) at Quisqueya, where I oversee strategic initiatives across project development, fundraising, and international partnerships, with the objective of strengthening the institution and aligning it more closely with market and societal needs. Through my advisory firm, I have been supporting the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) for the past four years, supervising the management of its image, communications, and partnerships. This work has contributed to a broader effort to modernize the institution, strengthen governance, and reposition Haitian football around credibility, performance, and commercial development including strategic considerations around brand value and image rights. Prior to this, I spent seven years within the Sogebank Group, where I held several leadership roles across corporate and consumer finance. I began in corporate credit, managing a portfolio of leading business groups, before moving into a dual role as Credit and Product Director in the consumer division early in my career. I later led the consumer credit division (Sogefac), where I contributed to the development of innovative financing solutions, including Haiti’s first structured green energy financing product. Alongside my executive career, I have been involved in entrepreneurial and investment initiatives, including co-founding Koteyo, a strategic communications and advisory firm, and H-Fund, Haiti’s first early-stage venture capital initiative focused on supporting innovation and expanding access to finance. I hold a degree in Finance from the Université du Québec en Outaouais (Canada) and am currently completing a Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Warwick (UK) as a Chevening Scholar, with a focus on economic transformation, governance, and market structuring in emerging contexts.
