I am a hard-working, determined and motivated family man, with a keen interest in learning and progressing. Over the last 12 years I have been a team leader, robot controller and part assembler for a large, successful car manufacturer. I have thoroughly enjoyed developing my skills in this field, however I am keen and excited to pursue new challenges. Education 2003 - 2008 - Penyrheol Comprehensive School, Swansea GCSE English Language & Literature, Mathematics, Information Technology, Physical Education, Geography and Science. 2012 – 2023 – Team Leader/Motor Parts Operator, Toyoda Gosei, Swansea.    Duties: Assisting in the assembly of several car parts on a fast-paced production line, ensuring hourly targets are met to fully satisfy all customer orders. I also have an eye for quality, having to detect defects on specialised painted parts, assuring perfect standards are met. Additionally, I am required to fault find when problems arise to minimise disruption to output. Previously, I would drive to the main plant in Swindon to collect and replace defective parts. I was one of the longest serving operators, and aided in the training of several new starters. May - August 2023 - Field service engineer, Whirpool. Fault finding and fixing whirpool appliances. With excellent customer interaction. Sales advice. Delivering exceptional service and to date day to day stock management. September - 2023 - Umbra, Swansea. Production engineer. Experience in powder coating a range of various metal blinds and assembling. August - 2024 - Quality control lead operative, providing testing and quality checks on all available blinds. Assembling and supporting all areas to achieve 100% perfection. November - 2025 - Production Supervisor, overseeing all aspects of production. Making sure targets are hit, orders are met and quality is made to the highest standard.
