As a member of the Digital Office and Digital Transformation team in R&D at Scania, my main assignment is as Product Owner of the Smart Engineering Lab. I find ideas and stakeholders, and together with the lab team and the initator I tweak them into feasible projects for the lab to develop into a working PoC. My goal is to utilize a broad range of technology, knowledge and talent, thereby building a big portfolio for showcasing internally what is possible when using new tools and methods. Projects have included advanced analytics, AI, ML, RPA, and always with a strong visualization focus. I have special interest in AR and VR, which we have also experimented with and used in some of our lab projects. Communicating to the company what the Digital Transformation team and the Smart Engineering Lab are doing is also a big part of my role, taking every possibility to increase awareness of the digital journey. I am also responsible for my department's migration from a static server intranet to the O365 cloud.

Kungliga Maskinsektionen is a non-profit student organisation. It currently has 1,200 members and a turnover of over 3 million SEK. During my year as chairman I lead a board of 7 people and had the utmost responsibility of the budget, permits and external contracts.

Leading a group of developers in taking an idea into a working prototype, where the goal of the current project is creating a functioning prototype for a collaborative work/meeting platform in VR from idea to PoC in twelve weeks. I had the responsiblity of recruiting the team, form the idea into concept and set the project plan, and now I currently manage day-to-day activities following the set plan. My ambition is trying to achive results by breaking new grounds at Scania through new ways of working, enabling the team members with relaxed and inspiring work environments, and by learning from others through networking within and outside of Scania.
