Strategic partner for the western zone in Mexico with attention to personnel from the states of: Baja California Norte, Baja California Sur, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí, regarding HR processes to lead and implement projects, talent acquisition process (Recruitment, selection and hiring), organizational development processes, training, safety, control and management of labor relations, organization of events and work environment as well as communication.

In charge of the Human Resources area for ​​the Agriculture area and 3 warehouses in the states of Colima and Jalisco, headcount management of 400 employees, executing the talent acquisitions process through recruitment and selection, application and interpretation of psychometric tests, training, labor relations, payroll, IMSS payments, Infonavit, organization of events.

Area responsible for the preparation of studies concerning the main economic indicators of the state for entrepreneurs interested in investing, as well as the processing of loans for micro entrepreneurs.

I participated in a special project in the Human Resources area for the elaboration of Hotel Policies and Procedures Manuals. operated the Timeshare area by carrying out the accounting operations of all income and expenses for the service, payment of commissions to vendors and accounting records of the area.
