Twenty years building other people's capability. Then came the moment I needed to build my own. That transition: from corporate leader to founder, is the story behind everything I do today. I began my career as a Registered Nurse in Ireland before relocating to Sydney, Australia, where I spent over 16 years building a career at the intersection of healthcare, leadership, and learning & development. I progressed into senior education and leadership roles, supporting large teams, leading complex learning initiatives, and helping professionals at every level reach their full potential. Over two decades, I developed a genuine expertise in what makes people grow — and what holds them back. The pandemic became a defining chapter. Leading teams through rapid, sustained disruption taught me things no leadership course ever could, the power of adaptability, the importance of psychological safety, and the way mindset shapes everything when circumstances are beyond your control. It also clarified something personal. I had spent my career developing other people's capability. It was time to apply that same rigour to building something of my own. In 2022 I founded Dream to Prosper, a global leadership development and online business platform working with driven professionals across Australia, New Zealand, North America, the UK and Europe. I work with senior leaders, career professionals, and entrepreneurs who are exceptional at what they do, but are ready to do it differently. Through online education, professional development programmes, and global community, I help people move beyond burnout into work that is genuinely purposeful and sustainable. Who I am beyond the work? A proud mum. A lifelong learner. Someone who trained as a nurse in Ireland and somehow ended up building a global business from Sydney, and who genuinely believes that the most valuable professional development often starts with understanding yourself.
