About
With a career marked by strategic leadership in project and process management, I have worked for over two decades in the management of integration and organizational optimization programs. At GFT Technologies, my current focus is managing the integration program between Credit Suisse and UBS, a challenge that consolidates my expertise in mergers of large corporations and strengthens the governance of strategic portfolios. At NTT DATA, I contributed to the leadership of the SDD, developing solutions to mitigate risks in deliveries and support executives in several sectors, including healthcare and banking. I evaluated significant portfolios, such as one with R$196 million in revenue, and led follow-up meetings on sold projects, demonstrating analytical capacity and systemic vision. My commitment to continuous improvement and agile project management reflects my dedication to driving business results and my passion for transformations that generate sustainable value.
