I have had the pleasure of working in the care sector for 32 years , the last 22 of which have been as a registered manager for Avocet trust and Voyagecare . I have had some wonderful experiences , many of which will stay in my heart for life . I have experience of registered services , supported living services and also respite . My passion and dedication to my employers and to provide excellent care to people we support has really paid off over last few years , as i was runner up at the national care awards in 2016 for manager of the year . In 2017 i won manager of the year at the Voyage awards and finally last year i received a Voyage award for obtaining an outstanding in my CQC inspection , an achievement i will forever be proud of and always work towards as a minimum ..
