Oversaw the data collection and analysis of state-wide data on people living with HIV and AIDS. Used this data in multiple reports and to educate constituents. Presented data at multiple local, state-wide and regional conferences. Successfully submitted annual renewals for more than $100 million in federal grants and oversaw its distribution. Budget: $24 million.
