* Interpreting and enforcing the resident agreement and policies. * Provide a friendly welcome and orientation to guests. * Bedroom/Dorm preparation prior and subsequent to guest stay. * Manage reservation inquiries through Airbnb and email. * Overall maintain the property of the house, lawn and garden.

* Create and edit designs with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Mix paint solution according to color specifications and spraying consistency desired. * Examine drawings and photographic print to determine coloring, shading, and changes required to paint new projects and restore damaged or faded projects using an airbrush. * Provide feedback and assistance with maintaining the companies various websites and listings.

* Basic customer service responsibilities include: * Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. * Advise on company information. * Sets up and maintains organization of equipment. * Provides basic instruction on equipment usage. * Ensures equipment and surrounding areas are clean.

* Create a friendly environment for the animals to live. * Groom, bathe, maintain and treat animals, calling veterinarians when required. * Clean supplies and equipment, including: cages, kennels, and physical environment. * Feed, water, exercise, and observe animals according to schedules. * Affection for animals, and concern for their welfare. Ability and initiative, working with minimal supervision and direction.

* Instruct multiple classes including: tumbling, dance, and acrobatics. Teach skills and techniques to youth ages, 3 to 18 years old. * Work Exchange is the agreement of 3 hours of un-paid work at Centered City Yoga in exchange for unlimited monthly yoga. * During a weekly 3-hour shift, Work Exchange will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: * Following Centered City Yoga studio policy * Greeting Clients * Signing clients into class * Notifying client when money is owed * Checking and providing client account information * Receiving payments/ applying purchase to client accounts * Accepting and inputting new client waivers * Cleaning the studio (specific shift responsibilities) * Following substitute / call out procedures * Providing clients with accurate, up-to-date information * Having knowledge of yoga and the classes offered at Centered City Yoga * Attend all mandatory Work Exchange staff meetings * To be willing to fill is as a substitute whenever possible
