Drip is using technology to re-build core parts of the international trade finance infrastructure and make the underwriting and financing of international B2B transactions seamless for small businesses. Our mission is to level the playing field for small businesses located in emerging markets and to finance their international trade at the click of a button. Drip's team comprises of engineers, data scientists and trade finance veterans across Palo Alto and three offices in India - Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. Laywyer at Dr. Shlomo Cohen, the leading IP firms in Israel. Duties included: counselling in legal cases (civil law, corporate and business law, IP), contract drafting, leading negotiations with several actors, organizing and attending meetings and conferences both in Israel and abroad, analysing data and preparing efficiency reports, handling arts and real estate matters, managing a team of 5-15 people.

Duties were to perform legal research, write legal opinions, documents and letters in the subjects of commercial and civil law.

Research Assistant to Dr. Shmuel Becher in the subjects of legal contracts, consumerism and happiness in law education. Duties were to perform research in various subjects in both English and Hebrew.

Intern to the Attorney General of Israel - Adv. Yehuda Weinstein. Duties were to research and write legal opinions in the area of public law (government, Knesset, legal system) and high profile criminal cases. The work required the ability to multitask and time management.
