My background spans management consulting (McKinsey, BearingPoint) and executive roles in consumer businesses, with focus on profitable growth, transformation and simplification.I am the co-founder of Berg & Berg, a digitally native menswear brand serving a global customer base. The company is defined by high-quality, meticulously developed garments and a clear, enduring brand identity. Through a lean and capital-efficient operating model, Berg & Berg combines strong margins with disciplined international expansion.Earlier roles include CMO in Wanda (logistics start-up), managing director B2C and CMO at Komplett Group, marketing director at Carlsberg, and engagement manager at McKinsey and BearingPoint. I have worked with organizations ranging from startups and scale-ups to global corporations, often during periods of growth, repositioning or structural change.I am also an experienced board member, with current and previous board positions across technology and growth companies.
