I’m Mechanical engineer having experience 9+ yrs.In Piping design with domains like water ,oil and gas , pharmaceutical , paints. Skilled as Technical Author in writing/developing/reviewing the documents related to Plant Operating Procedure Manuals and Work Instructions. Can able to create S O P.Having work Exposure of Identifying and notifying defects in the plant.Problem solving mindset, Positive attitude.Holding ASME and API standards knowledge.Overview of my experience :PIPING DESIGNER , PIPING ENGINEER ( AVEVA E3D, SMART PLANT 3D, Auto spool software, E3D Admin , Navis work ). Equipment modelling and pipe routing , drafting, safety sign boards and reviewing knowledge in E3D, Navisworks.key skills:• Well familiar with the latest version of E3D, autospool, navisworks, autocad, msoffice. piping routing as per client specifications.• Basic & detail design engineering for interconnecting equipment's like pumps, heat exchanger, distillation towers, storage tanks & pipe rack piping etc. Study of plot plan.Equipment (tanks, vessels, pumps, compressors) Study of plant layout. Equipment modelling on E3D, Sp3d. Pipe Rack Modelling Pump piping. Nozzle projection of vessels , columns,Tank, Pumps. Process P&ID, Utility P&ID, line list, piping specifications, mechanical equipment data sheet, instruments specifications etc. safety requirement and considering the possibility of piping support.• Piping isometric checking as per p&id , mto checking, piping, equipment GAD's , line list, piping Modification as per erected on field to suit site conditions and requirements.• Piping’s like Process, Drain, Fire Water, Plant & Instrument air.• Design reviews using Navisworks.• Modeling of lines as per P&ID and updating the stress requirement in isometric.• Modeling of equipment as per mechanical data sheet, as per design.• Modeling of supports as per stress requirements for critical lines.• Isometric extraction using in E3D.• CLASH CHECK report extraction and Clearing Hard clashes.• Conversant with international piping design codes and standards like ASME, ASTM and other international standards of Valves, Pipe Fitting & Flanges etc.• Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Work Progress reports.• Self-motivated and having strong leadership skills & Ability to perform as a Team Player.60%, 90% review comments updation.I'm good expertise in naviswork generated from module E3D (Daily navis generation)Quality Checking of Isometric Drawings.
