• Project managed UFA’s PCI (Payment Card Industry) program. This involved establishing PCI Gap Assessment for 3 business subsidiaries (UFA, Wholesale sports Canada and Wholesale sports US), planning out remediation strategy and getting approval from business to implement the strategy. PCI Remedial implementation included PCI scope reducing as much as possible, installation of IDS/IPS and SIEM tools. • Project managed several site setups for UFA petroleum sites to provide IT infrastructure and IT equipment installation at the sites. • Coordinated an IP/MPLS pilot with two network service providers to identify the appropriate architecture UFA should adopt for new MPLS installation. Instrumental in the RFP evaluation and contract negotiations for converting UFA’s existing Frame Relay to IP/MPLS. • Assisted in a specialized software selection process through an RFP for Fertilizer Plants that UFA established. Worked on a business case with a five year projection to justify the software acquisition. Finally project managed the software implementation of Agvance that is currently being used by UFA. • Managed Point of Sale enhancement for UFA. The project involved development of code by the supplier to include price override reason codes for items sold at UFA farm stores and petroleum agencies. The code was developed, well tested and delivered on time and within budget. • Project managed Blackberry stabilization project. The project involved establishing a stable production and test server environment for the Blackberry Enterprise Servers (BES). It also involved upgrading all Blackberry users to the same platform and synchronizing their Blackberry equipment to the BES. Final stage of the project involved establishing and implementing a BES policy that would provide UFA control and stability of Blackberry use in the organization. • Managed UFA’s Resource Planner for all project in MS Project 2010.

The project involved creating disaster recovery procedures, equipping the disaster site with the required equipment and infrastructure and establishing the required resources for the project. • Project managed the Calgary Route Restructure for ENMAX. The project involved creating a schedule to minimize short billing impacts to customers; setting up a quality control system to ensure the changes did not adversely affect customer billing, informing the customer through bill inserts and the website, training the call center staff to handle customer queries, creating an integrated transition and back-out plan and finally changing routes and cycles for all customers by cycle over a five month period.

Solutions implemented are: o Network Planning, Flight Operations and Crew Planning System (AIMS). o Implemented a Passenger Revenue Accounting System (PRAXIS) to validate and process passenger tickets. o Financial System – Airline based financial system OLAS on Oracle and Sun Solaris. o Established an integrated HR and payroll system to optimise, manage, and control services provided for the staff. o Technical and Commercial Inventory system. • Special Project – I was the Industry Representative for the Kenya Airways for the IATA Year 2000 Industry Project.
