I am a Swiss naturopath and nutritionist (being certified by RME and ASCA) with a passion for discovering, reading, and mapping minds, bodies, and cultures. I do so by blending deep intuition with rigorous scientific analysis, particularly regarding the hormonal and psychological signatures that make each and everyone one of us unique. I am also a health explorer with a pointed interest in Siberia’s shrouded nutritional treasures. I have made it my mission to study and reveal Russia’s formerly classified research regarding vibrational healing, specifically via the plant-medicine of Siberia. I have a private practice (naturopathy and nutrition) and a virtual practice in which I empower people around the globe to reach unprecedented heights. I offer one-on-one, individualized nutritional solutions and lifestyle counseling. I also lecture and educate companies (upper management) on health while offering practical, implementable nutrition solutions for improving productivity and reducing sick leave. I work the way a detective does. My aim it to unravel your health puzzle. I identify structural, functional, environmental, dietary, and electromagnetic blockages in your mind/soul and body. I unravel these blockages by identifying their sources and “removing the rust” so as to restore a state of homeostasis. By reaching equilibrium, true health expresses itself as enhanced vitality, improved glow, boosted cognitive function (memory, focus, mental sharpness, mood, less anxiety) and a pervading sense of joy. One's digestion and ability to detoxify trapped toxins improves. And one's youthful vigor increases, as evidenced by improved hormonal balance, enhanced libido, and an overall improvement in quality of life. Health is a journey.
