Provided administrative and technical support to senior leadership including the Medical and Dental Director’s Offices. Managed Student Dental Rotation Program working closely with OHSU School of Dentistry and other partner schools for clinical placements. Oversaw onboarding human resource paperwork for all new physicians, nurse practitioners, dentist and hygienists including certification requirements, credentialing, probationary evaluations etc. Facilitate, track, and monitor travel and training arrangements for 200 doctors, nurse practitioners, dentists and hygienists.
