• Accounted for daily credit and audit reports; ran reservation and room block reports to ensure accuracy; worked directly with sales team to provide high level of service to sales groups; managed registration and worked with staff to ensure four star service to guests; coordinated all guest requests including reservations, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Managed registration and serving guests needs; trained and developed new employees; promoted four star/four diamond customer service standards; took reservations in accordance to signature guidelines; provided support to sales managers; concierge duties including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, reservations, and amenity requests
